Thats like a playground for cars. Because it is in no case allowed to drive without a permit/licence, you can go to these special courts, pay an entrance fee and drive in there. Its pretty boring-- there are like 3 streets and two traffic lights as well as a parking space, but yeah.. its okay if youve never been in a car before, but it was pretty boring for me.
